Will Your Job Disappear with the Advent of AI by 2030?

In Recent Years, there has been a growing concern that the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence could replace jobs with machines and algorithms. While it is true that AI has the potential to automate many tasks that are currently performed by humans, it is unlikely that it will completely replace human workers shortly.

Let’s think about the IT revolution that happened between 1980-2000, in 1980 many jobs were done manually such as if your working with the tax office or government office there were thousands of documents where people do record keeping using notes and pen and all those jobs have gone as computer and IT revolution has happened but then the new jobs have been created with this revolution which was not there before this. In the 1980s there were hardly any programmer, Quality Assurance (QA) or business development executive, or content writer types of jobs. So as a human when we go through a technological revolution it creates structural unemployment but it ends up creating many new jobs which require more creativity the same thing is going to happen with AI and automation there are jobs like data analyst and data scientist which was not there before but due to AI, there are many jobs in data analyst. So, the summary is we go through any technological revolution, whether the 1980-2000 technological revolution or 2022 AI and automation will end up creating new jobs. So as rightly said “There is an incoming wave, do you want to ride it or do you want to fight it'' if you fight it you will be drawn off or if you ride it you will be having a better future.

So, in the future, it will not be AI vs Human, it will be AI vs AI plus human because as humans we will utilize technology and with our creativity, we will be creating a better future. There is also a question of whether Chat GTP will replace humans. Chat GPT and other language models like it are advanced tools that can be used to automate certain tasks, but they cannot replicate all of the capabilities of humans. For example, Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) is not able to perform physical tasks or make decisions based on subjective criteria.

In conclusion, while it is true that AI has the potential to automate many tasks currently performed by human workers, it is unlikely that it will completely replace humans in the workforce. AI's capabilities are still limited, and many jobs require a human touch that cannot be replicated by machines. Additionally, the growth of the AI industry is creating new job opportunities that offset any potential job losses. Therefore, it is unlikely jobs will disappear with the advent of AI by 2030 because it will come up with many other new and creative jobs. The generation will be of more AI plus Humans with better technology.

Thank you.
